    YES YOU CAN, provided that someone you are booking for have A WORKING MOBILE NUMBER.

    If you are booking an appointment for your father, son, daughter and/or you want to surprise someone special (it doesn't have to be) and you would like use your own number, unless you are coming together, we strongly advise you not to.

    You can get them a GIFT VOUCHER (insert link to gift voucher) that can be used for both product and services. Do note that the GIFT VOUCHERS holders are still very subjected to making an appointment and the LATE POLICY. Thank you very nice.

    All group bookings should be booked with an attached WORKING MOBILE NUMBER. If you are asking why? We are just gonna play that “Oh we are so sorry, its just the company policy” card. Well, unless you are coming from overseas and ya daa ya daa ya daa ya daa or somehow somewhere cannot get WORKING MOBILE NUMBER for all the appointments, we will look into it.     Unless you received a confirmation text message regarding your appointment, there is no deal here. Upon receiving your confirmation text message, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DOUBLE TRIPLE CHECK THE DATE, TIME, SERVICE/S AND THE BARBER ATTENDING TO YOU.

    PLEASE DO NOT ASSUME that your appointment is locked when you get a reply on available desired slots. Do ensure you get a confirmation text. If you don't, ask, we make mistakes too.

    So what's the difference between a head barber and a residence barber ? And why is he charging more than the rest ? Is he more experienced ? Well, firstly he owns the place it's harder to book him. Really. He’s just more exclusive. Is he more experienced ? Well he should! or maybe. Like we said earlier, we all have something to learn from each other!

    All of the residence barber are able to do what we are supposed to do. Their charges all the same and available HERE . Please insert something more here. But it's very hard to sell ourselves without bragging. Bragging is not what we are !! (copywriter having serious internal issues here)

  • TRAINEE BARBER

    This guy or girl, just finished his or her apprenticeship. They should be able to do what they are trained to do. It just that they would take longer and sometimes need a bit of guidance and supervision from the in-house educator. Their prices varies from 5, 15 and 25. We believe in training them with real people than concentrating too much on the dolly head. So please, help us help them help you.

    Doing an apprenticeship here means you have to start from scratch. And no, it does not start at the barber chair. He/ she will have to swing from being the cashier, booking appointments and many dolly heads. Interacting with the crew and the clients are our main priority. And sometimes we need hair models for training purposes these haircuts are usually FREE.

    The average duration of a haircut is 30 minutes to 1 hour. There's no such thing as a quick one, quickie or a simple cut. Especially if you are late and urgently need a cut. Be cool about it and let us sort it out. Okay okay.

    It cost cheaper than a full haircut. Because we only work on the sides and marginally trimming the top to maintain the last haircut to from the previous handsome. Note if you want a different haircut or entirely different style it will not be considered as a two weeks trim.

    Your previous haircut has to be at the panicroom please. PLEASE DONT ANGRY ME!

    You might have waited for us before or we might have given you the haircut when you were late before. Like we said before, if we can, we would. Again, please try to understand. We take black. We take white too. And we believe in grey. We try to balance everything. It’s hard. But we try.

    Don't ask for the manager, dont ask for the boss. And please don't make a scene. We are in Geylang.

    We charge a kid’s haircut the same as an adult. Their heads are smaller. But we go through the same procedures. The truth is, its harder to cut a kids hair because most of them can't sit still. And sometimes, if the kid is really really really cute he might enjoy a treat or two.

    When you cannot get an appointment on your preferred day, we will advise you to get on our DAILY WAITING LIST. This does not guarantee you an appointment. Even if you are selected, you are still subjected to the LATE POLICY. It's good to let us know what's your response time and what service/s you need so we can react accordingly when there’s a cancellation.

    We welcome you. You are always welcome drop by the barbershop without an appointment (afterall we are a retail store too) and it will be SUBJECTED TO AVAILABILITY. You are welcome to wait at the barbershop, shop, hang out and do whatever is there to do. Did we mention that we have an old school arcade machine ? Anyhoooo, if there’s a last minute cancellation, your handsome is coming.

    An additional $5.00 are subjected to a full service. An additional $3.00 is subjected to a two weeks trim service. The surcharge is chargeable during festive seasons.
