RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

The Panic Room accepts returns and exchanges in the form of Store Credits under the following conditions:

Items must be purchased either from our retail outlet at 428 Joo Chiat Road, Singapore 427645, Level 1 or from our online store at thepanicroom.com.sg. Items must be accompanied by the original receipt and returned within 14 days of receipt. All items must be in sellable condition with original packaging undamaged.

Returns or exchanges are not accepted for the following: sale items, gift cards, personal care products (e.g., pomade, moisturizers, shampoo, soap, razor blades, clippers, trimmers, shavers) unless the item is sealed and the seal remains unbroken, customized items, baby products, socks, and photography products and accessories.

All returns will be processed as store credits, which can be used both online at thepanicroom.com.sg and at our retail outlet. Each receipt is eligible for one return only. All returned items will be checked against new products to ensure they are in sellable condition before store credit is issued.

If you are unable to visit our retail store, we offer local pick-up or exchange at your chosen address for a fee of $15.00 SGD. International returns: Buyers are responsible for shipping costs to Singapore via our chosen courier partner. Please contact us to arrange the return via the form under “Online Order Issues” on our contact page, and provide your order number.
