How do I join?


After signing up via the form here (https://bit.ly/3C1DhcQ) Create a customer account on our website and you will automatically become part of our program. Or you can join by using our loyalty program widget 'Check Rewards' on the bottom of your screen.     

 


How do I earn loyalty points?


Earn 1 point for every $1 you spend [online or in-store]*. Each time you spend, you will receive an email with your updated loyalty points balance. There are also plenty of other ways to earn loyalty points under the Earn tab of your loyalty profile, including following us on Instagram and referring friends. Use your loyalty points to redeem rewards, or save them up to unlock even more exciting rewards.

How do I check my loyalty points balance and redeem rewards?


You can check your balance and rewards anytime by clicking 'Check Rewards' on our website. Each time you shop online, you will receive an email with your updated loyalty points balance. From here, you can click through to your loyalty profile, where you can redeem rewards. 

 


How do I use my rewards?


When you have enough points to unlock a reward, you'll be able to redeem it for a unique reward coupon. You can use your reward coupon during checkout. Just copy and paste your unique code into the Discount bar and click 'Apply'. Note, you can only use one coupon code per order. 

Or if you would like to use your reward in-store, just let one of our staff know at the counter.

 



TERMS AND CONDITIONS


GENERAL


Individuals who join The Panic Room’s Rewards Program agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.


The Terms and Conditions may be modified at any time without prior notification by The Panic Room in its absolute discretion.


The Panic Room will not accept any liability for any Member’s Email that is misdirected, lost or not received.


The Panic Room reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend The Panic Room Rewards Program or any aspect of it or at its election, to payout any Rewards, reset Spend Balances, at any time and without notice. Without limitation to the foregoing rights,The Panic Room reserve the right to transfer Members to such other loyalty or rewards program owned, operated, managed or administered by The Panic Room


The Panic Room may collect personal information from Members for the purpose of facilitating the Rewards program.

 

MEMBERSHIP


An individual is deemed to be a Member when they sign up in store or online and or use their loyalty points to redeem for rewards

By joining The Panic Room Rewards Program, an individual consents to The Panic Room contacting them to provide them with consumer or marketing information and notifying them of Rewards or other products and special offers.


When joining in-store, a staff will record the individual’s full name, email address and mobile number at the register. Other details may be optionally recorded. An individual may update their Member Profile at any time by visiting the Website. It is the Member’s responsibility to update their Member Profile including their email, surname, birthday, phone and postal address. If a Member has not provided or updated The Panic Room with correct details, The Panic Room may not be able to contact the Member about their membership, Rewards or special offers.


Upon joining The Panic Room’s Rewards Program, a Member will be allocated to The Panic Room Rewards Program tier on the basis of the transaction spend. Details of the tiers are outlined above


Any Members who were Members prior to any existing loyalty rewards program will be allocated to The Panic Room’s new reward program tier at The Panic Room’s discretion


Members may not transfer their account or Rewards to another person


The Panic Room reserves the right to modify, refuse or terminate a member’s account to the The Panic Room’s reward program without notice or reason and at its absolute discretion.

REDEMPTION OF REWARDS


The Panic Room reserves the right to modify or cancel rewards at any time

Unused points expire after 1 year

Points accumulation excludes shipping fees and discounts applied

Rewards can only be redeemed once


Expiry of rewards varies, please refer to the terms and conditions after redemption


Rewards can only be redeemed in store at The Panic Room, 311A Geylang Road Singapore 389350, or online at thepanicroom.com.sg 


Rewards redemption will always exclude

- All Items from the brands Andis, Wahl, Babyliss

- All Photography items

- All discounted items or items on promotion

- All services offered at our retail outlet


To redeem any applicable Reward when transacting online on thepanicroom.com.sg, a Member must ensure they are logged into a valid account.

Rewards cannot be redeemed in conjunction with any other offer unless otherwise indicated.

The Panic Room will not be held responsible or liable if Rewards are not able to be redeemed for whatever reason but specifically, in the case of a Technical Issue including without limitation the failure of software or hardware. Nevertheless, Please contact dontpanic@thepanicroom.com.sg should you be facing a difficulty and we will do our best to assist!


The Panic Room reserves the right in its absolute discretion to exclude certain items and promotions from being redeemed by using Rewards.

If a customer redeems a reward for a purchase less than the full value of the reward, the balance of the reward is not redeemable on another purchase

If a customer wishes to return a purchase for reasons other than the goods are faulty, the reward discount or value will be subtracted from the return credit accordingly.
